Review: Topicals slick salve lip balm in Açaí
This is one of my favorite lip products I have ever used. The color is a beautiful berry, and it hydrates quickly. I have bought 3 so far, two of the mint version for my wife (who also loves it) and the açaí for me. I think it is worth the hype and the price, and after two months of consistent use there is still a sizable amount of product left. the wedding perfume (silk santal)
I bought 8 tester size versions and one travel size version of Kayali perfumes. I haven't ever been really into perfumes, as my mom had a scent sensitivity growing up, but that has made me just appreciate my natural scent. Lately though, I've loved the idea of leaving a lingering scent behind. The Wedding has a very mature, earthy, sweet smell to it. Almost like a musk, but more subtle. It reminds me of a loving embrace by an older woman. It's not my scent of choice, but it is definitely a lovely one!Perfume Notes

low ph good morning gel cleanser
I bought this cleanser months ago not knowing it was the same one friends were suggesting purchasing while I was in Korea. I bought two, and I am almost done with the first. It was an inexpensive buy in Korea, even by American standards. It leaves the skin feeling so supple and hydrated, yet refreshed and clean. It is my go-to when my skin is acting up and needs a reset. Review: Euthymol original (whitening) toothpaste
I really don't like this toothpaste, and I am at the point where I have used half the tube so I feel that is valid to say. The flavor is strong but too much to feel refreshing and doesn't last on the breath. I feel like it hasn't made neither my breath fresher (outside of general hygiene habits) nor my teeth whiter. Also, the tube is incredibly difficult to get product out of. One star for the toothpaste color itself being pink, which is probably not a good thing.

brightening & cleansing bar (2ct)
So, I bought this in November, and it's now February and I am just now running thin on the 1st bar. Two will last you a while, at least an estimated four months. I haven't noticed a marked improvement in my skin's clarity, but I also am not that attentive to hyperpigmentation. After all, I am Black. It does have a slightly drying effect it leaves on the skin after scrubbing with it. It also does not carry a strong scent. Overall, it gets the job done (washing your body), but it is not remarkable enough for me to run back again and again for it.Star Rating: ☀️☀️

What a remarkably disappointing candle experience! I picked this up at Whole Foods because it smelled divine and reminded me of my time abroad in spas in Asia. Much to my dismay, the candle had little to no scent when lit. I keep running into this issue with Whole Foods candles, and I am about to stop giving them the benefit of doubt.

all day tight make up setting fixer
So, fair warning, my makeup is never transfer-proof, as of yet. So therefore if you are looking for a review that tells you whether or not this is, I'm afraid you are in the wrong place. What I can say is that I love the mist of this spray and it has no strange or strong alcohol smell. I picked up two in Korea in July 2025, and I am almost done with the first one. Unfortunately, the second was defective. Overall, a decent fixing spray. Leaves your skin dewy as you blend products but dries down almost airbrushed.Star Rating: ☀️☀️☀️

vanilla candy perfume (rock sugar)
This was the immediate favorite of all the tester perfumes I purchased a while back. I'm talking right out the box. It has a sweet vanilla candy scent, just like it states, and it blends out wonderfully on my skin. It is mellow, not overly sugary, and overall my go-to when I want to give vanilla and a little something more.

daily tinted fluid sunscreen
This is my favorite tinted sunscreen. It is also the only tinted sunscreen I have currently tried. It blends beautifully, provides great coverage, it's just not transfer proof unless you set it (and even then, eh). I like that it has not broken me out.Star Rating: ☀️☀️☀️

Thoughts: 2026
I really am working hard in 2026 for the things I want, a trait carried over from the previous year. I had my heart set on traveling abroad for school in the summer, and the universe made it happen.This year, I'm moving away from my hometown, practicing letting go and reaffirming the value of connections at the same time, all while learning how to build my creative platforms. I'm painting more, taking care of my mental health, and always missing my youngest brother. I am endeavoring to read more than ever this year too, in a growing attempt to keep myself educated with and without formal institutions of learning.

Thoughts: Flowers!
I had a lovely date with my wife the other day. We went flower shopping, aka bouquet gifting for each other. I chose the most flowers. We had such a beautiful time and I adored it so much.
